Your role as a Customer Service Associate will be to proactively contacts customers when service issues may affect delivery commitments, and understands customer needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions. You will be responsible for updating the customers, following up on solutions and communicate in a timely, professional and complete manner. You will be a part of a wholly new team – people who will share the same motivation and will face the same challenge as you!
