Vendor Management Associate acts as a key point of contact for service centers, client and vendor managers. This Associate provides day to day support and assistance with service centers’ queries (regarding mainly day to day repair operations).


  • Act as key point of contact for service centers, client and vendor managers
  • Co-operation with other sub-teams
  • Communicating the agreed reports/documents to service centers/client/vendor managers
  • Processing D2D team tickets and ensuring ticket resolution according to agreed timelines
  • Collecting and understanding country/process specifics, increasing knowledge base and improving resolution rate of tickets resolved directly by D2D Support team
  • Tickets analysis and FAQ preparation/distribution
  • Reviewing country/process specifics on regular base, initiating process changes if needed and driving them together with the client/vendor managers
  • Performing evaluation and having understanding of HVCs claiming behavior and WIP
  • Addressing claiming/process gaps according to the agreed governance structure and organizing checkpoints with agreed counterparts
  • Organize/participate the conference calls with agreed counter parts according to he agreed frequency, making notes and their follow ups
  • Process automation/improvements and to report the achievements to your team lead


  • Fluent knowledge of English & Spanish
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills (interaction with the client, team work)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical and complex issue solving, eager to learn new professional SW and tools
  • Advanced level of MS Office (Excel)
