GPO act as 'Single Point of Contact' for managing key 'Client' GPO stakeholders. He/she represent Accenture in all 'Process/Scope' change discussions including leading the Innovation agenda. He/she will be responsible for leading, driving and providing support for all transformation and transition phases including the implementation of new tools and technology solutions into the service delivery organization. He/she will as well be responsible for Continuous Improvement plans and process-driven productivity plans (in liaison with BE).

 

GPO will also have the role of “Operational Payroll Provider” Manager, controlling the Third Party performances and being SPOC for data control and governance framework definition.

 

Responsibilities may include the development and execution of demand management processing, facilitating project governance and reporting.

 

Service level controls and reporting is also part of the role, in particular at global level, with all breakdown specificities (service and geo-clusters)

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Define and maintain the global processes & operating Model involving the Third Party/Payroll Provider as well as the relevant SOW matrices.

• Define and maintain the Governance framework with the Third-Party Payroll Provider, actively attending the key meetings and reviewing performance reports and SLAs (as per Sub-co contract settlements)

• Define and maintain the Operating Data exchange procedures and associated quality check framework towards the selected Third Party Payroll Provider

• Act as Escalation point for Payroll-related issues, driving the integrated problem fixing and resolution, including the promotion/review of the improvement plans

• Proactively contributes to create and manage the Governance and Ways of Working with the Client counterpart – at GPO level

• Provides contribution and manage the volume/business forecasting, in cooperation with the Client counterparts and participate to the definition of the “Continuous improvement” Agenda as well as to business model innovations

• Provides deep expertise on global process design, deployment and maintenance of contractual “scope of work”

• Contributes to transition & transformational project, in particular for “delivery testing” methodology and environment

• Contributes to define and manage – for the relevant scope – the Service controls and Service Performance reporting, focusing on Root Cause Analysis for consequent improvement plans

• Manages cross-improvement plans and contribute to drive end-to-end process standardization & efficiency, in cooperation with Business Excellence

• Manages change process effectively (operationalize the global changes, prepare and introduce the impact assessment) coordination and being the full accountable person for Change Requests.

• Develops where required the suitable stakeholder communications and marketing plans – in cooperation with other GPO/Leads and with the Client

• Ideates and develops potential Analytics opportunities enabling creation of 'Client' business value.

• Optimizes the specific HR Operation Model for his/her area, and support the other GPO for the overall model

• Coordinates regular audit reports as appropriate or support other internal/external Parties requesting them

• Coordinates directly the assigned PMEs, and coordinates other resources in relationship with projects/initiatives assigned to him/her.
