Job Responsibilities:


• You reach out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, loans, or other payments. You act as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts.

• Ensuring that correct resolutions are found and involve appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed;

• Actively participating in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and scripts for customer support in the Service Desk knowledge base;

• Demonstrating understanding of the customer’s business needs and achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings;

• Developing and improving your product knowledge, business- and professional skills.


Job Requirements:


• 0-2 years relevant experience 

• Previous OTC B2B experience, preferably handling large Collection/Disputes Resolution portfolios;

• Experience with accounting systems; SAP would be a plus;

• Competent Microsoft Office user: Excel, Word and Power Point;

• Written and spoken ability to communicate in German for client interaction (C1 Proficiency required - CEFR standards);

• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction ;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be effective with Accenture management, team members and client;

• Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;

• Ability to prioritise and schedule workload;

• Reliable, active approach striving for process improvement;

• Responsibility, accuracy;

• Team player.
