"In March 2014 I have started the maternity leave with my adoptive son Michal and this is the most challenging role so far."

2013

"As a natural result I have started to prepare as a successor to Service Delivery Lead role and after one year I have moved to this role for 2 projects including a new brunch for me – Procurement. I`m still in charge in this role and I have been fully responsible for the whole operation on both projects together with several roles such as Procure to Pay Capability Lead for Prague.

In this year I have joined a newly created organization in our company called Prague Business Services which is a support including our operational experience to consulting colleagues in case of need for external clients. It is really great opportunity to gain new experience and compare our standards to the others. I have been part of several opportunities and it opened my eyes and deepens my Accounts Payable knowledge."

2012

"I have started the new year 2012 with a new position of the Team Leader for the whole team of Back office and Front office parts for one of our Scandinavian clients. I have been responsible for the whole Accounts Payable operation and thanks to the previous experience I have started to implement the Operational Excellence improvements which I believed has helped us a lot. As a long term result the renewal of the contract has been signed for another 7 years with exclusive location in Prague."

2010

"In September 2010 I have applied for the position of Team Leader for the team with more than 20 people, serving two clients and providing the service of Accounts Payable Back office. There have been several challenges for me in this position. First of all the size of team which has been more than double in comparison to my previous team and then the scope which has been completely new for me. Despite of these facts I have been interested in this position and I`m very grateful for this experience because this has been the key step for my future career. I have been part of the OCR automation deployment and learnt a lot about SAP accounting system as well."

2008

"Thanks to one of my friend I have transferred to the new project to start my AR Collector life for one of the largest F&A projects in Prague at that time. The stability of this team enabled me to build a good position in team and to be soon promoted to the Coordinator and then to Supervisor of a small team. On this project I have started with the role of People Project Advocate together with one of my colleagues for more than 150 people at that time. I`m absolutely sure that this role helped me a lot in my career because I have been very visible and as a result of our activities we have implemented Language Academy and Olympic Games for the whole Prague Centre."

2007

"I have joined the company exactly 1 day after my university graduation in September 2007. My first job has been the Helpdesk agent with fluent German language for one of our automotive clients. It has been quite tough job as a start because during my probation period the contract has been cancelled.

Since the beginning I have been part of the Volunteers organization in Prague. It is some kind of relax for me together with the great feeling that you can help somebody and motivate the others to do the same. It has been many times the key driver why I have stayed with the company."
