Jimmy’s growth strategy expanded the breadth and depth of the services Accenture North America provides to 13 industry groups, numerous Fortune 500 companies and some of the largest organizations in the U.S. federal government. He is an executive officer of Accenture, and a member of Accenture’s Global Executive Committee and Global Management Committee.
Jimmy joined Accenture in 1985. He became a partner in 1997 and executive partner in 2011. While directing Accenture’s business across 10 states in the Southeast, Jimmy extended Accenture's innovation hub network by creating an innovation incubator at Georgia Institute of Technology and expanding Accenture's hub in metro Washington D.C.
He has been recognized as one of Business Insider’s "Power Players of Consulting” and has ranked on lists of Atlanta’s most powerful leaders. He also sits on the boards of TechBridge National, the Global Apprenticeship Network (a Switzerland-based coalition) and several Atlanta organizations, including the Atlanta Area Council for the Boy Scouts of America, Atlanta Police Foundation, Carter Center, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and Woodruff Arts Center.
