Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.
Job Description
  • Interact with client engineering teams to troubleshoot tools and develop processes
  • Will be managing global teams providing training, feedback and planning the workload
  • Responsible for managing a productivity driven operation
  • Responsible for communicating and managing client stakeholders


Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing operations environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience managing, supervising and developing teams
  • Minimum of 1 year workflow management experience
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Experience providing problem solving and escalation management
  • Experience managing projects to established SLA s
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to perform special projects as needed
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience managing contract terms and conditions

  • Developing relationship with client counterparts

  • Ability to organize staff and supervise workload for maximum efficiency
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to learn quickly through self- study, classroom, and hands on experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Required to develop broad business and industry acumen, and to use this knowledge to initiate and or develop client relationships.
  • General knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
  • Responsible for medium term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures within area of responsibility, through interpretative judgment of overall policies
