The insurance group created a Data Analytics center of excellence with the role of driving relevant analytics transformations within the operating entities. The Analytics Value Mapping Project was launched to identify, prioritize and plan data analytics transformations for the operating companies.
Accenture identified pockets of value for analytics solutions in Sales & Marketing, Underwriting, Claims and Operations in four operating regions. The project team developed a catalog of specific use cases to profile an overview of how to realize the value opportunities. In collaboration with the Data Analytics center of excellence, the team helped each operating company prioritize analytics use cases and initiatives relevant to strategy and market specifics.
