Role Summary
We are seeking a Accounting System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our accounting operations platform. This role ensures accurate and efficient month-end close processes, compliance workflows, and reporting needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Accounting System (FloQast) related issues and collaborate across teams to support automation and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- System Maintenance & Updates: Implement workflow updates, manage reconciliations, and maintain entity configurations.
- User & Role Management: Monitor access, provision roles, and partner with teams for reporting needs.
- Integration & Data Management: Validate data imports and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Develop dashboards, generate compliance reports, and ensure audit readiness.
- Support: Act as the Accounting System subject matter expert, liaise with vendor support, and assist in automation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting operations or system administration.
- Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with FloQast, Blackline, or comparable close management software
- Public company experience with attention to SOX and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver updates promptly.
- Experience with workflow automation and reconciliation tools.
- Knowledge of audit requirements and documentation best practices.
· - Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Netsuite or comparable ERP
- Ability to work cross functionally and communicate effectively
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
