About the Role: 

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Paid Social Analyst to support the execution of performance media campaigns across Facebook and TikTok. This is an entry level role ideal for someone who is hands on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about digital marketing. 

You will work closely with the client s MediaOps team to bring global and regional campaigns to life-from uploading ads and setting up campaigns to quality assurance (QA) and performance monitoring. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Set up and launch performance media campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. 

  • Implement specified targeting, placements, ad scheduling, and budgets, according to provided briefs.  

  • Work with the MediaOps team members to upload approved creative assets and landing pages URLs.  

  • Perform thorough QA on all campaign elements before launch to ensure accuracy.  

  • Notify of any bugs or interruptions across Facebook s and TikTok s ad platforms. 

  • Assist with low-difficulty, ad hoc tasks, as necessary, including simple data pulls and screenshots. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience managing or supporting paid social campaigns 

  • Desire to learn Facebook and TikTok ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) 

  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation 

  • Comfortable with campaign naming conventions, URL tracking, and tag validation 

  • Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple campaigns at once 

  • Team player with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills 

  • Advanced English and Portuguese communication skills

  • Bonus: Experience with other paid platforms like Google Ads or Snapchat is a plus
