We're looking for PIM, Cost Optimization or Data Migration Consultants to join our DTA team within Industry X.
PIM Consultant: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant with a strong background in delivering PIM-enabled business transformation projects. As the ideal candidate, your role will be to lead workshops to define product taxonomy, data models, attribute framework, hierarchies and workflows. You will also act as a strategic advisor, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, defining transformative roadmaps, and managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions across diverse industries.
This role requires the candidate to be well versed with solution designing, providing advisory on PIM strategies, possess technical expertise and good communication skills to participate in business discussions.
The Cost Optimization Consultant plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing cost reduction strategies across business operations, supply chains, and technology portfolios. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights, process improvement methodologies, and financial analysis to deliver measurable savings while maintaining or improving service levels and quality. You will also act as a strategic advisor, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, defining transformative roadmaps, and managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions across diverse industries.
The Data Migration Consultant should have a strong background in Data Transformation and Data Migration. As the ideal candidate your role will be to support customer in their data transformation journey by implementing across Data Management solutions covering Data Migrations. You will also act as a strategic advisor, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, defining transformative roadmaps, and managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions across diverse industries.
This role requires hands on and well versed with solutions, technical expertise and good communication skills to participate in business discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
PIM Consultant:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect pain points via interviews and user discussions and formulate business requirements with a focus on PIM capabilities
Based on PIM tool knowledge around OOTB vs customization, drive advisory & implementation client engagements
Act as a link between business, project manager, and functional/technical consultants about data modelling, data migration, process re-design and integration
Support clients in software and implementation vendor selection
Analyze legacy architecture to assess migration requirements and identify potential challenges
Conduct a review of the data model and provide recommendations for future state based on best practices
Analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for harmonization and simplification, and define future process workflows
Develop and execute functional test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate functional and process accuracy
Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure AI solutions meet strategic goals.
Data Migration Consultant:
Perform functional consulting activities in advisory & implementation projects with a focus on Data Migration and Data Quality.
Be the link between business, the project manager, and functional/technical consultants about data migration and data quality.
Assess technical landscape, source systems, applications & technical artifacts, and recommend Strategy for Data Migration & Data Quality Improvement.
Contribute to the development of the migration rules, documenting these rules, developing user test cases for migration test runs, testing the rules during the migration runs.
Collect and formulate business requirements via interviews and user discussions.
Analyze legacy systems and current data structures to assess migration requirements and identify potential challenges.
Define data quality standards, validation rules, and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity post-migration.
Design and implement data transformation rules, ensuring data integrity and execute data migration strategies, including ETL processes, validation, and reconciliation.
Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and define data-related process workflows.
Develop functional specifications and ensure they align with technical solutions. Provide clear requirements to technical teams.
Develop and execute functional test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate data accuracy and process functionality.
Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices.
Cost Optimization Consultant:
Conduct comprehensive spend analysis across departments (e.g. Product Development, Product Data and R&D Operations, and IT etc.).
Identify cost-saving opportunities through process re-engineering, part rationalization, and optimization.
Benchmark costs and performance metrics against industry best practices.
Develop and prioritize cost optimization initiatives with clear ROI projections.
Lead or support implementation of approved cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Negotiate with partners, or service providers to achieve target savings.
Use analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or ERP data) to identify cost drivers and trends.
Provide cost transparency dashboards and savings performance reports to leadership.
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of cost optimization measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital consulting, Product development and design consulting, Product management, Technical Program Management or related roles, Product and IT cost optimization, technology consulting, or Product data related consulting roles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience working in a consulting firm or client-facing environment
Advanced level of English.
Preferred Skills:
PIM Consultant:
Strong expertise with major PIM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Stibo, ContentServ)
Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, data governance and MDM concepts
Cost Optimization Consultant:
Expertise product development specific TCO modeling, and IT cost transparency frameworks.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with automation tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ability to analyze complex data sets and design effective transformation rules.
Data Migration Consultant
Strong expertise in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Experience with data migration in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data warehousing concepts.
