Drive material and supply chain readiness for small scale NPI (New Product Introduction) projects for Data Centers Technical Infrastructure

Review incoming material demands and trigger purchase orders or move orders to fulfill material

Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions(PR), Request for Quotes(RFQ), Create PO in ERP System

Follow up with suppliers to get promise dates, and expedite orders as per project requirements

Analyse reasons for late and past due material and provide inputs to late analysis reporting

Work with warehouse, accounts payable to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts

Support supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts and Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost)

Work with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements

Partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups. Escalate issues to Commodity Business Managers when necessary

Work with multiple Business stakeholders to align priorities and highlight risks

Provide periodic reporting of KPIs and metrics to business stakeholders

Work with team to conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve escalations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 3 years experience in New Product Introduction/Supply Chain Planning/Procurement/Engineering/Manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering Degree
Strong understanding of end to end and product supply chain.
2 years Experience of working in Hi Tech Industry and Technical Infrastructure : Racks, Servers, Switches, Mechanical Components
Strong Project Management Experience, of leading projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in SQL/JavaScript
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an unstructured environment, tough deadlines with minimal supervision
Use of Oracle or other ERP systems planning tools
