The Work: Inside Sales Opportunity Representative
As an Inside Sales Opportunity Representative, you will use a pre-defined target list and messaging strategy to identify, qualify, and capture new opportunities.
Conduct outbound sales calls using a consultative approach to guide prospects to our client’s product.
Identify potential customers, confirm interest, and advance the sales conversation forward.
Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive sales opportunities in the Small to Medium-sized business segment.
Proficient with CRM tools, techniques, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Promote teamwork and open communication, sharing sales knowledge to boost individual and team success.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in sales or lead generation.
Proficient in using CRM Systems (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics).
Good communication and consultative skills.
Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-year of Account Management experience
Metrics-based sales experience with emphasis on performance, quota attainment, and promotion.
Knowledge or experience in the Travel industry.
Prior experience working with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and/or Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
Inside sales experience, including Lead Generation, Qualification, CRM management, and Outbound Sales.
