The Work: Inside Sales Manager
As an Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for executing sales strategy, monitoring and analysing sales team results, creating action plans to drive improvements, providing coaching and feedback to sellers, and owning Business to Business Sales team achievement of sales related quotas. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Coach, manage, and develop the next generation of sales leaders
Drives sales team performance by directly managing Digital Inside Sales sellers and setting KPI targets
Conduct group and individual sales meetings on a regular cadence
Implement effective sales and messaging strategies for each team member by creating individualized performance plans to support their continued success
Provide input to Sales and Program leadership, sharing market trends and customer feedback to drive future sales
Owns team performance against sales targets; implements sales execution process
Mentors and provides guidance to resources to continually improve productivity, coaches’ others to improve their problem-solving abilities.
Manages escalations, ensures resolution of risks, proactively identifies and mitigates conflicts by assigning appropriate owners to enhance performance.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing a full sales cycle
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as team lead/manager
Previous sales management leadership experience
Sales reporting experience and knowledge
Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency with data analytic tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau) and experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools
Knowledge or experience in the travel industry
Prior experience working with travel management companies (TMCs) and/or global distribution systems (GDS)
