Responsibilities:

  • Provide reports and analysis to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Sales strategies, customer targeting, and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance revenue generation, streamline processes, and improve decision-making.
  • Able to understand data connections, clean the data and work with BI developers, ETL/Data management resource, Data scientists
  • Data modelling or visualization techniques (Power BI or Tableau dashboards)
  • Lead multiple projects within Multiple Digital Inside Sales Projects

  • Oversee the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience 5+ years in Insights & Analytical domain
  • Technical, Analytical skills and CRM knowledge
  • Experience with working on large data to Build Insights and analyze sales trends. Ability to connect dots and weave data into story that drives outcomes. Eye for details and able to perform descriptive, diagnostics, prescriptive and predictive analysis
  • Knowledge in Advance xls, Microsoft office, Google sheets, SQL,
  • Experience on CRM particularly Sales force and very good understanding of Sales life cycle (incl. terms) and ability to build reports, dashboards from SFDC
  • Strong client & stakeholder management, communication, executive presence and business acumen
  • Effective Communication & Presentation skills
