As a part of the Accenture Life Sciences practice, our 20,000+ practitioners across the globe, help our clients make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives through New Science, novel medical technologies and better collaboration.

Together, let’s deliver more effective, affordable, personalized patient outcomes. In this practice, you’ll help drive our Life Sciences clients’ strategy and business planning efforts, with the following initiatives:

  • Support to deliver management consulting projects for global clients.

  • Acquire skills that have utility across industry groups.

  • Support development of assets and methodologies, point-of-view, research, or white papers for use by the team and larger community.

  • Take responsibility within Life Sciences industry group or across the Products group, help build the practice, track metrics, and so on.

  • Work on proposals, business development efforts by coordinating with other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large global projects from a project management, communication perspective.

  • Oversee end-to-end project management activities, including scoping, requirements, implementation, and deployment.

  • Develop and execute project plans and estimates, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.

  • Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

  • Extensive knowledge of R&D Technology landscape, preferably in Veeva Vault or related platform-solutions, including understanding of their best practice, product discovery, business process mapping, requirements analysis, user stories, and change management.

  • Industry experiences global pharmaceutical, medical device or aligned consulting firm.

  • Impeccable team management skills with an ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong skills to build point of views on current industry trends & thought leadership.

  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree completed in science/engineering or related fields.; MBA is highly desirable

  • Availability to travel may be required.

  • Progressive work experience in consulting firms with at least 2 years of experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Life Sciences industry is a must.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in agile methodology-based technology transformation projects.

  • Proven ability to effectively plan, manage, and coordinate multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholder groups.

  • Excellent documentation skills and exposure to work within GxP-validated systems, including basic understanding of Software development lifecycle as well as Agile scrum activities.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional team including remote participants.

Good to have experience in at least 2-3 of the following areas:

  • Agile and Scrum projects, along with DevOps tools like JIRA

  • Project Management processes

  • Stakeholder communication and Risk management

  • Clinical Drug development

  • Regulatory Information Management

  • Lab Informatic Management

  • Quality and Safety
