The Practice – A Brief Sketch

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Commerce & Sales and Service. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

As a Digital Marketing Manager within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song Practice, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation for our clients across various industries. This role involves leading the design and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on campaign strategy, paid media, SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, and leveraging emerging technologies like generative AI to enhance digital marketing outcomes.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including programmatic advertising, and SEO
  • Oversee the campaign strategy across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines
  • Design, implement, and manage advanced programmatic advertising campaigns, leveraging platforms like The Trade Desk and Google DV360
  • Conduct and oversee website audits, optimize SEO, and collaborate with developers to enhance site performance
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns using tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Leverage generative AI to enhance content creation and digital marketing strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI and drive business outcomes
  • Utilize strong leadership skills to guide project management, plan, execute, and deliver multiple initiatives in collaboration with clients and internal teams

In addition, in order to excel at the role, you will also need to have

  • Leadership qualities to inspire and nurture team members in the digital marketing team
  • Experience working with senior leadership to support business development and thought leadership in the digital marketing space
  • Must be comfortable working across Paid (Google, Meta etc.) as well as social channels
  • Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the brand and creative strategy offering
  • Demonstrated project management expertise to oversee multiple programs/ campaign initiatives simultaneously
  • Certification in relevant Digital Marketing areas such as paid media, programmatic advertising, SEO, or influencer marketing
  • Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles
  • Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment both on offshore and onshore locations

Qualifications

Your experience counts!

  • MBA from a tier 1 institute with preferably bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Overall experience of 8+ years with at least 6 years in digital marketing particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.) in a leading MNC or a major consulting firm or advertising agency
  • Proven track record in optimizing digital campaigns for measurable business impact
  • Managing end-to-end campaign management from strategy definition to technical delivery
  • Deep understanding of tools / platforms ecosystem (Adobe Experience Manager, Hotjar, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Buffer etc.)
