Responsibilities:
Domain experience in capital markets industry across asset management value chain specifically in retirement plan servicing (e.g., IRAs, 401K, 403Bs) / pension funds
Collaborate with our clients to optimize retirement programs, streamline operations, and provide strategic planning expertise
Unique blend of management consulting, data and analytics skills with deep knowledge of retirement services from an operations and technology perspective is key
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
; MBA is highly desirableAvailability to travel may be required.
Knowledge of the financial services industry, in particular functional knowledge of the Asset Management / Retirements / Insurance industry with at least one of the leading platform solutions
Extensive experience (3+ years) in management consulting
Strong knowledge of retirement plan design, compliance, and administration.
Proven expertise in optimizing retirement operations and enhancing participant experience.
Familiarity with retirement technology solutions and their integration into operational processes.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and understanding with clients.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Retirement Services Professional - CRSP) is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
