The Talent and I&D Reporting manager will play a key role in leading 360 Value reporting for Accenture’s global People organization, including the company’s Talent and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives. This person will work with a cross-functional team and actively collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, Marketing & Communications, and Controllership colleagues to strategically advance and raise awareness for Accenture’s goals, progress and performance through all aspects of global, local and client reporting.
This role will demand a focus on accuracy and timely delivery coupled with flexibility, creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. It will also require executive presence, consensus-building, and the ability to develop and maintain trusted cross-functional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to Accenture’s ongoing global reporting (360 Value Reports and customizable website experience, Annual Report, Form 10-K, Annual Proxy Statement) as well as local and client reporting needs and requests.
Partner across corporate functions in the accurate sourcing of data and development across reporting initiatives as well as local and client reporting requests.
Source, develop and write content for our Talent and I&D reporting and disclosures, advise on new goals and reputational risks, conduct competitive/industry research and analysis and help manage quantitative and qualitative data.
Collaborate with web (interactive) and graphic design project management colleagues to deliver accurate, high impact communications and materials.
Support the production of final deliverables, involving approvals, research, proofreading, data verification and cross-functional/program alignment.
Proven ability to be productive both working independently, as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Ability to successfully manage numerous complex and fast-paced projects simultaneously and quickly grasp unfamiliar subjects
Identify opportunities for simplification through process improvement and technology to improve productivity and performance
Passion, understanding and an appreciation for Accenture’s 360 Value Reporting and the importance of ESG issues, as well as a wide spectrum of inclusion, diversity and equality topics, issues and sensitivities, cultural nuances, why this work matters inside and outside of the workplace and how it drives business performance
Strong executive presence, business acumen, sound judgement and grace under pressure

Qualifications
Required Experience
Minimum 10 years of marketing and communications experience with a track record for high performance and results
Professional services, B2B marketing and communications or public relations agency experience preferred; both agency and in-house experience preferred
Proven marketing and communications project management and execution skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and website content management tools, experience with Workiva a plus
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
