The Capabilities Strategy & Eloqua manager is a member of the Client-Facing Capabilities Enablement team within the Marketing + Communications (M+C) Intelligent Services group.  Within M+C, this role ensures that teams are operating at world class levels and consistently innovating and improving to remain best-in-industry.

The Capabilities Strategy & Eloqua manager will:

  • Foster a deep understanding of the M+C MarTech (tech stack) and how the solutions work together
  • Support the Capabilities Strategy & Eloqua Dev Lead and Client-Facing Capabilities Enablement Lead to influence innovation and operationalize marketing tools and solutions for scale
  • Collaborate with cross M+C stakeholders and teams on strategies for integration of systems and solutions to deliver efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work to enhance end to end executional efficiency and effectiveness across the ecosystem of tools, systems, and processes
  • Understand the partnership with vendors, internal experts (M+C teams and CIO, etc.) to guide conceptualizing technology requirements and workflows
  • Collaborate and work closely with other M+C teams and stakeholders to proactively identify, design and deliver effective strategies for system and tool integrations while remaining flexible and agile to be responsive to changing business needs
  • Execute on Eloqua roadmap initiatives and strategies while continually evaluating, identifying, innovating, and supporting improvements and enhancements

Specific to role:

  • Manage and maintain project workstreams and documentation needed
  • Engage with cross-M+C and other internal and external stakeholders on daily/weekly basis
  • Lead discovery sessions with all stakeholders in projects
  • Continue to build and refine presentation skills
  • Develop and revise key documentation and deliverables, such as project charters, requirements, personas, process flows, etc. for priority initiatives (i.e., Media Relations assessment, Accenture+, etc.)
  • Develop and collaborate on documentation for Eloqua capabilities, processes, initiatives, and change management related tasks
  • Review, QA and provide feedback on documentation (i.e., requirements, personas, process flows, etc.) others provided

Specific to projects

Develop and revise overview, approach, implementation tactics, and end-to-end process documentation specific to Eloqua capabilities and initiatives (including but not limited to Advanced Intelligence capabilities, video capability integration (Vidyard), etc.)

Build key deliverables and documentations for Accenture+

  • Collaborate with cross-Accenture and external stakeholders, including Accenture Song, to ensure Accenture+ priorities are understood and accounted for within larger .com reinvention work and that we’re not working in silos
  • Collaboration with Eloqua product owner on change management documentation and approach
  • Participation in Future Enterprise (SynOps) related initiatives and tasks

Qualifications

  • Cross-channel marketing experience and understanding
  • Understanding and knowledge of ecosystem partners and core MarTech platforms, including Eloqua, Adobe, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge and experience of process flows and methodology

  • Strong presentation skills with familiarity with best practices in storytelling and slide presentations 
  • Strong listening skills with ability to understand leadership needs and priorities
