Key Responsibilities

  • Client and Senior Leadership POC

  • Manage the Data Analytics Team

  • Responsible achievement of svc delivery metrics thru management of work distribution across client vendor delivery network. 

  • Requires ongoing communication relationship management with client, Accenture vendor points of contact to ensure contractual delivery targets are attained or exceeded. Plan, develop create significant programs to achieve proj objectives Provide analysis recommendations on long term impact to executive decision makers Execute forecasted work distribution plans

  • Deliverable Quality Management and Creation

  • Review project deliverables for completeness and quality and with compliance with established project and industry standards

  • Ensure consistent service delivery

  • Apply knowledge and experience to identify, assess and resolve service delivery issues within area of responsibility, interacting with both client and Accenture team members

  • Interact on a timely basis with internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific requirements

  • Provide guidance and share knowledge relating to area of expertise with teams to promote consistent operations, efficient use of resources and implementation of best practices

  • People Development and Management

  • Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.)

  • Identify and target the right audience level for the project ensuring this covers multiple delivery location contact where applicable

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Advanced English

  • With 5 years supervisory experience

  • Experience in business operations and outsourcing

  • Experience in Workforce Management

  • Ability to work independently, multi task and meet deadlines

  • Analytical interpretation of data

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work with Senior Leadership

  • Strong verbal presentation skills
