As PMO Project Manager you will be in charge of establishing and execute the structure and disciplines to ensure Operational Readiness activities are consistently executed across all phases of the transition projects for effective and successful turnover to Steady State.


Program Management Office PMO Project Manager provides end to end support to all tasks defined in this process from Program initiation, through execution to closure.

  • Monitor project and program progress
  • Solid status reporting, good analyzing data and providing insights
  • Support the deployment of management initiatives and performs as the functional owner of the methodology, tools, processes, and practices across the organization
  • Provide management administration and analysis support within the supported organization
  • Provide management visibility of progress and performance and status.
  • Produce better and timelier corrective actions on troubled projects.
  • Pro active control, tracking and intervention activities where appropriate.
  • Reviews and confirms accountability.
  • Documents signoffs.
  • Insight early warning to issues that may impact production, allowing proactive mitigation.
  • Eliminate gaps between contracted deliverables and Steady State readiness.
  • Define meeting cadences and governance.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc...
  • English Language Advanced
  • Project management with attention to detail
  • Self managed and self motivated
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational ability, problem solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguous situations
  • Commitment to internal customer service, teamwork and collaboration
  • Flexibility to continually adapt, learn and improve processes based on evolving business contexts
  • Problem solving attitude to conflicting negotiation skills
  • Nice to have
  • Experience as JIRA administrator, as well as configuring the layout, design, workflow, and dashboard.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • CAPM Certified
  • Experience managing projects with Agile methodologie

  • Bachelor s Degree
