Key Responsibilities

  • Leads medium to high complexity work streams including budget management (as defined by scope, complexity, and scale) on multiple projects of over 35 FTE’s scale 

  • Developing a budget and operating plan for one or multiple projects 

  • Manage/Support the project managers on one or multiple projects from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project (e.g. build or test) 

  • Ensure program/project is properly staffed as per the solution provided in the SOW 

  • Handles escalation of issues to which cannot be resolved at the project level and communicate to upper management if required 

  • Meeting with stakeholders either internal or external, to make communication easy and transparent between project issues and decision making 

  • Coordinate between multiple projects and ensure resolution of cross segment/team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts and stakeholders clearly understanding on what risks will or will not be mitigated 

  • Consolidate accurate and timely reporting of program/projects status to be shared with senior management 

  • Owner of end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables through effective team communications and focus on quality including but not limited to all change requests 

  • Monitor that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions 

  • Mentor and provide guidance to project resources to continually improve program/project productivity. 

  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program/project strengths and identify areas of improvement to optimize and reduce overall estimates 

  • Coordinate to determine needed deliverables, high level approach, project profile, responsible teams, overall project schedule/timeline, critical path by deliverable, productivity improvements, overall risks and planning assumptions using Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) as required 

  • Manages budget across one or multiple projects.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Advanced English

  • 3+ Years of experience as a Senior end to end Project Manager. 

  • Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, Cobit5 or similar 

  • Demonstrated experience managing high complexity projects or small programs

Possible Academic Background 

  • University or Technical Degree or Advanced Studies in Systems Engineering 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater or equivalent experience 

  • Project Management Master’s Degree
