1.Facilitate constant cross functional communication and collaboration. Maintain and provide constant awareness of what is going across the various teams of the organization pursuant to the tool.2.Maintain accurate documentation and meeting minutes for traceability and reference purposes.3.Gather information from different teams and pass it to the appropriate stakeholders.4.Market awareness to understand the tool s growth possibilities and alignment with short term and long term vision. What the behavioral characteristics of the target audience are.5.Analyze and understand data to make strategic business decisions.6.Understand the client and his needs. Maintain constant communication with the client to understand needs and expectations, as well as gathering feedback about the current solutions being provided to them. 7.Prioritize what features need to be incorporated into the tool and manage reasonable timeframes. Maintain the balance between getting the work right and getting it out in time.8.Ensure a clear understanding of the tool and its functionalities across the different teams, as well as provide constant updates and coordinated refresher training as necessary.9.Ensure clear coordination between the development team, and any other relevant stakeholders, for the correct implementation of the set requirements.

Qualifications

Required Experience Minimum 5 years experience in a customer facing the environment in the information technology or Marketing industry, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years experience in as product manager or in charge of the support and enhancement process of a tool software. Proven experience managing projects of creative or design development. Proven experience communicating with key senior stakeholders and project sponsors. Able to demonstrate high impact improvement made to a process that was in process. Preferred Experience 3 to 5 years in Digital Marketing experience. Familiarity with Through Channel Marketing Automation tools, or similar. Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, Cobit5 or similar. Project budget management experience.Possible Academic Background Bachelor s Degree or greater in Systems Engineering or Marketing or similar.Language proficiency English C1 Skills Highly organized Problem solving skills Detail oriented Able to manage multiple requests at the same time Fast learner Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
