The Analytics Specialists are part of a talent pool that executes judgment-based services by implementing next generation processes—including statistical and predictive analytics, and deep domain and industry acumen—to drive client business value, such as higher revenue, lower operating costs and working capital reductions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional expertise for key processes, products and solutions

  • Work within (and outside, where appropriate) documented processes applying judgment based services that deliver client value

  • Manipulate and update reporting templates on a set frequency

  • Engage and train other business advisors on analytics tools and methodologies

  • Drive to meet next gen BPO targets including business outcomes, leading practices, identification and implementation of analytics.

  • Execute analytics implementation plans

  • Perform marketing campaign and investment analysis for online advertising, and website related activities.

  • Gather and model data for analysis using various industry tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL,...)

  • Drive analytical efforts in areas specific to business function and industry focus

  • Gather business intelligence for decision making

  • Create reporting templates using industry tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel,…)

  • Client-facing relations and stakeholder management

  • Perform management functions, including capacity management, release management

  • Create and maintain internal and external documentation

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science, administration, industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience across Industry, Consulting or Analytics organizations
  • Prior experience in Data Analytics and Digital Marketing
  • Experience with Excel, Access, VBA, and/or SQL
  • Advanced English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  •  Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills 
  • Proactive (Self-motivation with ability to prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks)
  • Problem Solver (ability to fix complex issues).
