Business Transformation/ Digital & GenAI Accelerator

The Business Transformation Accelerator will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and recommending efficiency and acceleration opportunities through GenAI and emerging technologies for new accounts, strategically positioning the account as a benchmark in innovation and transformation. This role does not directly execute or develop solutions but acts as a catalyst and strategic advisor to maximize the impact of digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Transformation:

  • Identify efficiency and acceleration opportunities in new accounts, focusing on GenAI and disruptive technologies.
  • Recommend the best applications, systems, and technologies aligned with business needs and site strategy.
  • Collaborate with development and execution teams to ensure the feasibility and impact of recommendations.
  • Analyze market trends and best practices to anticipate transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare business cases and transformation roadmaps for internal and external clients.
  • Facilitate ideation sessions, design thinking workshops, and other activities to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor the impact of recommended initiatives and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Act as an innovation and transformation reference within the team and for key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or similar roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of GenAI, automation, and emerging technologies applied to business processes.
  • Experience in process analysis, opportunity identification, and business case development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to influence and advise stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments.
  • Project costing and cost modeling
  • Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
  • PMI-CPMAI certified
  • AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals or similar
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified AI Practicioner or similar
  • PMP – Project Manager Professional certified
  • Experience in digital transformation projects in multinational companies.
  • Knowledge of analytical and data visualization tools.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and ideation sessions.
  • Education in business, engineering, technology, or related fields. Strong presentation skills
  • Basic quantitative analysis skills
