Job Description
The Work: Sales Development Representative:
- Engaging with customers in a consultative approach to foster relationships
- Endless curiosity in cloud and digital product markets
- Enthusiastic about learning and discussing Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things, Software as a Service, Enterprise Resource Planning and Cloud-based solutions
- Establishes robust pipeline within the client CRM and maintains accurate data
- Big-picture thinking through follow up calls, leaving voice mails, email correspondence, coordinating appointments, presenting metrics
- Embraces that the B2B deals starts with engaging in a meaningful conversation to accurately qualify the BANT Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline
- Interface between business-owners and the client to drive sales
- Perseverance through both inbound and outbound high-volume calling and prospecting
- Meet regular targets of calls and qualified leads
- Effectively collect and report on conversations with customers/prospects accurately and effectively to management
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales or lead generation
- Language Required: English - minimum level C1 required.
- Availability to work at the office in Heredia
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ months of calling experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
