Manages and develops content across multiple platforms, databases, and applications. Has analytical capacity and familiarity with online research tools. Supports security processes. May author and create content, including policies, trainings, thought leadership, articles, advertising, points of view, brochures, credentials, sales support materials, part numbers, bill of materials, digital asset management, social media, and web content. May develop proposals for managing supply chain processes. Client communications skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze digital asset management processes to advice on technical matters regarding implementations of new solutions or improvements to existing ones. 
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling incoming client requests. 
  • Run peer-to-peer quality assurance and provide feedback. 
  • Good Stakeholder management (internal and external). 

Data Management 

  • Manage digital libraries using a broad set of storage, retrieval, reporting, and analytical tools. 
  • Initiate, plan, manage, execute, and/or collaborate with data standards compliance initiatives to ensure data integrity across digital asset distribution channels and management systems. 

Data Collection 

  • Gather validated content from authorized parties, such as brand teams or creative agencies. 
  • Extract content from up-to-date documentation such as deal sheets, product mechanicals or 2D artwork. 
  • Use authorized digital libraries and repositories to retrieve digital content and information. 

Data Auditing 

  • Ensure digital content integrity across managed assets and stages of the asset management process. 
  • Identify digital content gaps in downstream systems or websites and report them through the proper channels. 

Data Analysis 

  • Use reporting and data analysis tools to produce pertinent metrics related to the team’s performance and the work process, such as metadata completion and/or accuracy percentages, image comparison scores, and missing product information counts. 

Content Manipulation 

  • Manipulate digital content according to validated protocols to fill minor content creation gaps, such as adjusting images to meet downstream system intake requirements.

Required Experience 

  • High Intermediate English skills: Writing, reading, speaking. 
  • At least two-three years of experience in content management or related fields is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (statistics and formulas). 
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing. 
  • Intermediate Digital Asset Management skills (Adobe Suite, Media Optimization). 
  • Experience working in agile projects and play an active role during daily, planning, and retrospective meetings. 
  • Experience working on enterprise projects, following defined guidelines by product owners and meeting deadlines. 
  • Experience with peer review methodologies and their importance for the project’s quality. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Microsoft Excel: Data manipulation best practices, data integrity, information, text and logic formulas, pivoting, analyzing large data sets. 
  • Report design and development: Present data in the most effective form. 
  • Content maintenance and management: Organize, categorize, and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization. 
  • Digital asset management: Provide experience with the methods, tools and products used to manage digital assets including the tasks and decisions surrounding ingesting, annotating, cataloguing, storage, and retrieval of those assets. 
  • Information architecture and taxonomy: Help deliver solutions that improve data quality, reduce data redundancy, decrease data inconsistency, and standardize data, improving flexibility and time-to-market as well as reducing complexity. 
  • Familiarity and experience with the methods and tools of Operational Excellence: Collaborate with and be consulted in the process of documenting OpEx processes for the stable and predictable operation of his/her team. 
  • Metadata design: Collaborate with others in the design or maintenance of metadata taxonomies to leverage the value of libraries of digital asset managers. 
  • Resource management: Use interpersonal skills to empower team members to perform regular business tasks in agreement with predefined standards. 
  • Problem solving and critical thinking: Apply logic, reason, and situational analysis in order to find viable solutions to non-standard, uncommon, or new problems. 
  • Project management tools (JIRA, Sharepoint, WorkFront, Project Office) 

Additional Skills Desired 

  • Digital marketing: Understand the processes and platforms of online engagement around brand, lifestyle, or corporate messages. 
  • Web content management: Manage and control a large, dynamic collection of web material, such as HTML formats of content and images. 
  • Data Analysis experience (reporting, data graphic reporting, gap analysis). 
  • Familiarity with legal, business, other applying regulations dealing with the CPG manufacture, distribution, and sale: apply knowledge of applicable legal, business, and regulatory issues to make recommendations regarding the creation or shaping of new service offerings, or to resolve contract issues in a manner that strikes a commercially reasonable balance between risk and reward. 
  • Client relationship development: Focus firmly on the client, exhibiting front-line accountability and ownership to bring the best of Accenture to support client needs. Manage client expectations, ensure the client receives the benefit and value promised, and facilitate conflict and issue resolution, to enhance client relationships and service delivery. 
  • Performance and scalability design: Provide skills and experience related to performance scalability design of systems, networks, or processes in order to enable either handling growing amounts of work in a graceful manner or to quick scope growth. 
  • Problem-solving and escalation management: Solve problems or disputes filed by clients that may involve escalation in terms of priority or urgency to specific groups or individuals within the service team. 
  • Copywriting skills 
  • SEO skills and experience 

Recommended Academic Background Degree in the following or similar is preferred: Communications, marketing, library science, data analytics, copywriting, information system design or management.
