  • support Population of TDS INSPIRE Modeling tools 
  • excel skills Creation of internal review decks PPT skills 
  • Scheduling Meetings Approval 
  • Calls Flybys Tracking Progress to Timelines on the Deal Calendar and Monitor Deliverables 
  • Alignment of Deal Team Mob, CEL, Tech Arch, Practice Team Updating SWB Deal specific tasks 
  • Putting together a client deck outline or strawman and aligning with Sales on the look and feel 
  • Early Reservation of Editing Formatting Team 
  • General Daily Note Taking and Documenting 
  • Action Items Complete Regulatory 
  • Review Complete Client Data Protection form Chase approvals for SWB record Early Stage 
  • Opportunities High Level Company Research Current Situation Challenges and Listening to Recent Earnings Calls Chasing Benchmarking 
  • Information from Practice, Capability or APQC Solution Specific Support Populating generic areas of the checklists, QA tool, solution contingency calculators 
  • Compiling Assumptions from Deal Team for SA to Review Rationalize

Qualifications

Required Experience 

  • Graduate or postgraduate in Finance, Administration or Accounting. 
  • 6 to 8 years of leadership management experience 
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in specific process 
  • At least 3 years of leadership management experience. 
  • Finance knowledge and expertise. 
  • Experience in Business reporting. 
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must. 
  • English level 90 fluent in written and verbal communications. 
  • Should be able to lead the team by example during crisis. 
  • Should have a continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Should be able to set clear cut goals for the team and have the capability to achieve the same in the tenured period. 
  • Should be good in decision making. 
  • Should have the flexibility to work any shift and for long hours when required. 
  • Should have strong verbal written communication skills. 
  • Should have very strong analytical skills and be able to see the big picture. 
  • Should have good presentation skills. 
  • Should have strong leadership and influencing skills. 
  • Should be focused on goals results oriented. Ability to work cross functionally and resolve conflict. 
  • Ability to develop skills of team
