The Credit Management Associate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing financial information of the existing or new customer accounts and assess the risk of offering credit to different businesses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for doing evaluating credit worthiness and outstanding credits based on agreed upon criteria with client and in accordance with the DTP · Analyses paying habits of customers who are delinquent in payment of bills and recommends action to resolve credit problems · Reviews and analyses customer financial information to select delinquent accounts for collection efforts · Confers with representatives of credit associations and other businesses to exchange information concerning credit ratings · Resolve customer queries and complaints related to verification of inaccurate charges and/ or correct errors in accounts · Performs credit reviews for existing/new customers and work with Collection Group to achieve monthly target · Complies with all client published policies procedures and any legal regulatory requirements in addition to ensuring that Client’s Service Level Agreement is met · Prepare credit performance report · Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks. Thinking outside the box is a plus · Adherence to client’s policies and procedures

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree preferred
· Minimum 2 years experience
·
Financial
Statement analysis skills required
·
Minimum 1 year
experience of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
·
Accuracy in the completion of received tasks
·
Ability to solve complex/
urgent matters in a timely manner and work under pressure
·
Adaptable to learn new processes,
concepts, and skills
·
Demonstrates the ability to work
as part of a team
·
Able to work under time pressure,
able to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills
·
Positive attitude and flexible,
especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
·
Flexibility, especially in the
period of month quarter year end closing
·
Client industry experience a plus
