Key Responsibilities

  • This person must ensure efficient and effective service delivery operations in the Tower.

  • Process Strong Accounting skills to understand business and accounting.

  • The person in this position has to maintain a positive working relationship between the internal customers and the requestors.

  • Proactive and constant communication with Supervisor team in order to ensure process stability and requirements compliance.

  • Assist the Supervisor in the preparation of management reports, SLAs KPIs and KPI Analysis.

  • Strong client management with regular calls escalation handling No surprises.

  • Maintain policies and procedures for all the end to end transactions processes including regular updating.


Required Experience

  • Studies in Finance, Administration or Accounting. 

  • 1-year experience in specific process. 

  • Finance knowledge and expertise across operations. 

  • Experience in Banking Management. 

  • Should have basic knowledge of ERP. 

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must. 

  • English level 70, both written and verbal. 

  • Should have the flexibility to work any shift and for long hours when required. 

  • Should have strong customer service orientation. 

  • Should be focused on goals. 

  • Experience dealing with customers over the phone.
