Responsibilities:
  • Supervisor will be in charge of planning and managing digital advertising campaigns across different channels like Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Ads and Display Advertising.
  • Some tasks will include online market research, research, website analysis, analyzing data and provide insights, manage advertising budget, preparing reports for the client.
  • Work with onshore teams, propose new marketing initiatives.
  • Manage a team of analysts, manage the team performance, track deliverables, present results to clients.
  •  Follow up with client requests, manage team development,  keep track of important KPIs and business goals. 
  • Building campaigns, partnering with media and ad technology vendors, optimizing campaigns for business outcomes, creating performance reporting, and making program improvement recommendations.
  • Perform assessments and develop roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their paid media objectives.
  • Keep in front of industry and paid media trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training and attending industry events.

Qualifications

 

Requierements:

 

  • 4+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Advertising is required.
  • 2+ years of leadership-management experience.
  • Academic Background: bachelor's degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration and/or communication preferred.
  • Advanced English and be highly proficient in Excel. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication and presentation to stakeholders, including management, marketing, creative, production, local agencies and outside vendors

Knowledge: Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Other Social Networks, DoubleClick, Marin, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
