A Recruiter duties align with the hiring process, beginning with:

  • Screening applicants and interviewing potential hires, followed by making recommendations, writing offer letters, conducting reference checks and negotiating contracts.
  • Source candidates through various direct methods, especially use of Job Boards, Employee Referrals, Social Media channels and other internal databases.
  • Post, Source and prescreen candidates for our F&A Shared Service Center
  • Work with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans
  • Phone screen and/or video interview and qualify suitable candidates.
  • Proactively develop candidate pipelines in anticipation for business need.
  • Identify and analyse potential of new sourcing opportunities and emerging channels.
  • Identify recruiting opportunities by researching new sources for talent, cultivating relationships with industry professionals, and networking with college placement officers and staffing company personnel.
  • Often represent an employer at public events, such as job fairs and community or academia job outreach programs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Minimum 3 years of HR recruitment experience in share service center.

  • Minimum 2 year of candidate sourcing and scouting experience across different channels (employee referrals, job boards, social media, agency, etc.).

  • Possess a strong online network of talent.

  • Advanced English.



  • Diversity and inclusion sourcing experience

  • Use of talent analytics and pipeline data to drive recruitment decisions

  • Good understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organization, systems and tools

  • Knowledge of Taleo Applicant Tracking System or other Applicant Tracking Systems 


Professional Soft Skills:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates

  • Strong data analysis experience & attention to detail
