Plays an important role in aligning pursuits with domain offering strategy.

They are expected to demonstrate expertise in domain offerings and delivery playbooks, and to use this expertise to educate selling partners and lead pursuits that result in deals with an appropriate resource mix. 

Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders that are critical to the success of deal pursuits. 

Is accountable for deal quality. 

This includes the production of well crafted Statements of Work SOWs. 

Drives the deal development process from the estimation to the engagement setup if the opportunity becomes a win. 

Provides leadership to all domain assigned resources and activities to support opportunity qualification, scoping, estimating, costing, risk identification and mitigations, contract preparation, and effective handover of sold work to the delivery teams


Background in delivering and ideally selling complex technology solutions and services to a variety of enterprise clients 

Strong business acumen coupled with an affinity or appreciation for technology Knowledge and understanding of the financial and operational roles of a delivery organization 

Experience evaluating work breakdown structures, cost estimations and resource loading Able to define metrics, reports, interpret results, and make recommendations on appropriate courses of action 

Graduate level education at minimum  

Speak English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently is a must

At least two years of leadership-management experience.
