We are seeking a Senior Manager with strong experience in Core Banking systems to lead strategic initiatives for a financial sector client and join the Accenture Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a vision and strategy for your area of responsibility.
- Drive innovation in how we think about data across the organization, developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing core banking initiatives.
- Own end-to-end business scenarios, including opportunity definition, solutions, and defining technical and customer adoption strategies.
- Define and implement SLA metrics for platforms and services under your ownership.
- Facilitate integration with other software applications, gather business requirements, and perform application testing.
- Drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large and diverse organization, delivering results that depend on other divisions and partners.
- Communicate effectively with senior decision-makers in a clear and compelling manner.
- Operate independently in highly ambiguous environments, working with both technical and business groups to solve complex problems structurally.
- Be a self-starter with a growth mindset, learning quickly and handling ambiguity effectively.
- International travel may be required.
Requisitos
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in core banking.
- Demonstrated knowledge of banking products and services, as well as the regulatory environment.
- Experience collaborating with partner teams (internal and/or external) and across team boundaries to achieve results.
- Strong project management skills, including PMP certification.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
- Proactive decision-making and the ability to act independently on new assignments.
- Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with technical proficiency and strategic thinking.
