Advisory - Strategy and Coaching
•Resolve any escalate
•Advise client account leadership regarding HR aspects of key business strategies, issues and decisions and potential problem areas
•Coach and advise account and engagement leads and employees (when necessary) in people matters relevant to the account and business segment at the worksite
•Advise Account leadership in career development activities
•Effectively coach/counsel others
•Accountable for Account talent management and development
•Facilitate annual performance management activities for accounted issues and risks
Compliance and Process Improvement
•Facilitate team work and process integration across the team
•Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork
•Participate in setting account-wide Human Capital Strategy and people initiatives
•Provide oversight of all major HR processes from a client perspective
•Monitor and evaluate HR trends highlighting implications for the client
•Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes
•Provide feedback and input for improvement of all programs, processes and policies and accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery within Employee Relations, Internal Controls & Compliance, Learning, Transitions and Records & Document Management.
•Work with the GU CoE Interlock process owners to improve the end to end HR delivery processes
•Ensure integration of GU People Services team with the Cross Business Service Delivery team and Field HR within the GU
•Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals

Delivery Excellence and HR Leadership
•Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals
•May be involved in supporting the selling of large complex deals at an appropriate stage in the sales lifecycle
•Oversight or support of Account on-boarding, orientation, integration
•Work with HR Business Partners to evaluate account needs and propose HR solutions
•Drives Account wide engagement programs working to understand/sustain/improve employee engagement and maximize retention
•Act as liaison with appropriate GU/OG/GP HR leadership and other HR teams
•Identify People programs to put in place at Account
•Participate in recruitment and performance management of HR team members
•Define the operational framework for the GU delivery of People Service process support based upon the defined Business and HR Strategy
•Create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets through the efficient use of human resources, technology and maximization of workforce

Develop and execute HR programs
• Develop, deliver, and/or support the Human Capital Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each program/entity
•Serve and/or support the processes for ensuring employees needs are met throughout the entire HR life cycle
•Oversee, plan, and/or support key HR functions such as annual performance management cycles, supply/demand management, employee engagement and people programs, total rewards, and talent development
•Provide counsel to project executive teams on career planning, leadership development and people management
Develop and execute HR strategies
•Design, build and/or support HR programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver to Accenture’s long term HR strategy and business goals
•Define requirements to shape HR strategy, programs, processes and services to fulfill business needs
•Provide strategic and respected HR advice, handling employee discipline and grievances, as appropriate
