Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires defining high-level customer requirements and designing the necessary business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand and shape business needs is a key part of the daily activities, driving forward initiatives that support organizational goals and client success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts that support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment between business goals and technology solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans that support organizational objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and decision-making.
- Skilled in designing business solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
