We are seeking for a new talent to join the Performance & Quality team.
Responsibilities:
- As a Business Transformation Representative, you will be responsible for developing operational excellence practices, trainings, tools, and methods.
- Ensure projects are performed according to procedures, processes, and guidelines.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is required.
- Expert proficiency in Journey Management is recommended.
- Business Model Strategy Expert proficiency is suggested.
- Create and implement innovative business process design strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve overall performance and quality standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs on operational excellence practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Requisitos
Job Qualifications:
- YOE 5 to 8 years.
- Advance English Level B2-C1
- Bachelor s Degree Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration
Desirable Certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma
- Project Management
- Business Process Management
- Scrum OKR Professional
