A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Manage overall delivery of service to deliver: Campaign planning, execution and reporting of Email campaigns and digital display landing pages.
  • Responsible for tracking the impact of Campaign reach and effectiveness (ultimately digital sales, but also contributing metrics and KPIs).
  • Ability to drive recommendations through to actual delivered improvements, including changes to be made by the client’s internal teams and 3rd party vendors.
  • Responsible for managing the Campaign Service deliver to optimize the business benefit metrics, including global process changes, local market process changes, change of focus between markets, change of focus between sub-services).
  • Overall Responsible for timely delivery of different campaigns across Major/Minor markets and ongoing optimizations as per agreed digital plans.                                                                                                                             
  • Demonstrates confidence and ease when presenting to mid-level client groups or when leading large Client and Agency team discussions.
  • Responds effectively to client questions and consistently sets clear expectations for timing to complete requests.
  • Establish report and maintain long-term relationships with client and executives.
  • Ensure tactical alignment with stated goals, objectives and strategy.
  • Prioritize and set expectations on key deliverables.
  • Utilize sound project management processes and tools to instill project management discipline and work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams offshore.
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.



  • BA/BS or Masters degrees (ideally Marketing, or Business related)
  • Use of: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    Understanding of: Google Analytics/AdWords, Marketing automation tools - Eloqua, Marketo etc.                                                                                                              
  • Understanding of: Multivariate testing tools and techniques e.g. Adobe Test&Target, Optimizely etc.
  • Understanding of: CRM tools - exact target, responsys etc.
  • General understanding of: web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Urchin, Web trends, Ominiture)
  • At least 5 years in the field of Marketing Campaigns (Email and Digital Display Ad).
  • Deep understanding and experience with creating, delivering and improving services to provide Marketing Campaign execution for Email campaigns, digital Display Ads and customer CRM collection landing pages.
  • Experience in a client-facing service lead or account lead role.
  • Some experience with Delivery team management is an advantage.
  • Process improvement skills or experience is an advantage.
  • Experience being responsible for driving business benefits metrics (digital sale and contributing metrics) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing stakeholders onshore and offshore. Excellent spoken and written language skills in English (mandatory) and Italian (an advantage).
