Job Description
These professionals improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills (will have direct contact with clients).
  • Patience and great organization skills
  • PM should be able to understand and translate client needs in technical proposals
  • Familiarity with Business Excellence practices to continuously improve customer service and focus resources to achieve better results.
  • Flexibility to handle projects without a clear beginning and end, such as support services and production lines.
  • Experience using SLAs to reach targets and accurately measure performance against objectives.
  • Responsible for adherence to project timeline and client deliverables.
  • Ability to analyze and improve processes.
  • Ability to assist in developing the career paths of team members.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve goals.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
  • Ability to negotiate change orders, time deliverables, deadlines, etc…  
  • Skilled at delegating tasks to others.
  • Generation of clear and functional reports for both supervisors and peers. 
  • Experience with agile methodology is a must have.
  • Experience with Jira tickets, filters and dashboards is required.
  • Provide support during work estimate sessions.
  • Metodología Agile
  • AEM previous experience is desired.
  • Experiencia en equipos de operación digital
  • Akamai previous experience is a nice to have.
  • Experiencia de 6 a 8 años.
