Job description:
• Create roadmap for A/B testing program for client organization
• Generate ideas for A/B Tests through a combination of quantitative and qualitative techniques
• Design KPIs to measure impact of A/B tests
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
• Identify and prioritize optimization and A/B testing opportunities. Communicate the results.
• Managing end to end A/B testing program from test definition & planning to recommending winners
• Test analysis: Drive proper AB or multi-variant testing analysis with statistical rigor and perform cohort studies to answer “why?” on test result drivers. Support more complex tests from an analytical and reporting perspective. Communicate findings and opportunities to the organization.
• Manage team of analysts, front end developers and key stakeholders.
• Work with Product Management & UX team to supplement quantitative analysis with qualitative methodologies including surveys, user testing, and focus groups
• Use analytics to inform projects and drive product decisions pre- and post-launch, coupled with a good understanding of best practices, good UX, and what works well
• Segment traffic to understand and optimize user experience and conversion based on source, channel, visitor frequency, tenure, demographics, etc.
• Partner across the Business (Creative, Marketing, Product Teams) to improve the User Experience and Influence Best Practices
• Expert knowledge in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Expert knowledge in A/B Testing tools (e.g., Adobe Test & Target, Optimizely)
• Basic HTML and coding skills desired (not mandatory).
• Experencia en Marketing Digital
• Web Optimization

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
