Dr. Campagna is senior managing director for CFO & Enterprise Value within Accenture Strategy. In this role, he helps CFOs address their most pressing challenges and develop strategies to transform the finance function and positively influence their broader organizations.

Dr. Campagna has more than 22 years of experience developing strategies for finance and other general and administrative functions. In addition to overseeing numerous, large-scale transformation projects, he has worked with clients around the world to improve their efficiencies and effectiveness, create competitive strategies, and refine their business models and processes.

Prior to assuming his current role, Dr. Campagna served as lead for the Accenture Finance & Enterprise Performance group for Europe, Africa and Latin America. In addition, he managed the global Integrated Enterprise Solution practice, developing solutions to help businesses and governments gain greater value from their shared services organizations.

Dr. Campagna began his career with a nine-year stint at KPMG Consulting, where he specialized in the finance function and the CFO agenda. He also served for five years as managing director at The Hackett Group, helping to build that company’s European practice.

Dr. Campagna has a Master of Engineering and a Ph.D. in economics and management from the Technical University Berlin.

Dr. Antonio M. Oftelie conducts research, teaches, and advises on how law, policy and technology can be aligned to create exceptional environments for organizational innovation and adaptation.

Based in the John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University, Antonio administers the Harvard Innovation Award program, is faculty lead for the Public Safety, Health and Human Services, Chief Financial Officer, Next Generation Operations, and Public Sector for the Future summits, and since 2004, has developed and taught in more than forty Harvard executive education programs.

Antonio has created practitioner-recognized frameworks and maturity models for organizational innovation and value creation including the Shared Services Horizons of Value, the Uptake and Edge Innovation Matrix, and the Human Services Value Curve. As an application of his research, Antonio advises senior government and business executives on organizational transformation by helping them to adapt their mission and strategy, ideate new business and service models, build dynamic capacity, and create performance and value measures. In this capacity, he has directly advised three governors, public and private organizations and two White House administrations.

Antonio holds a BS in Management and Ethics from Crown College, an MPA with a Business and Government Policy concentration from Harvard University, where he focused his studies on leadership, finance, and public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, and on strategic management, technology, and innovation at the Harvard Business School, and a Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University, where his studies and research focused on constitutional and administrative law, technology and society, and institutional transformation.
