Job Description

  • 利用行业研究、专家访谈、工作坊和分析工具等方法，收集、分析和呈现客户需求，识别和归纳需求重点，使客户和团队高效把握项目关键点
  • 为客户设计和规划全新的业务流程、技术架构，以及规划未来在实际生活中的应用
  • 引导客户理解我们将采取的步骤和即将发生的变化，以帮助团队及客户迅速适应新的模式
  • 不断建设自身能力，帮助客户建立增长、创新和可持续的高绩效

Qualifications

  • 2024年01月01日-2025年08年30日期间毕业的国内外全日制学生，本科及以上学历
  • 专业不限，商业分析、经济学、数据分析、信息管理，计算机科学、统计学、数学和工程类相关专业及背景优先
  • 流利的普通话及英语口语和书面读写能力
  • 了解前沿科技和商业资讯，对前沿技术和信息有一定的敏锐度，期望在咨询行业发展和深耕
  • 热衷于探索未知领域，热爱学习，不断提升专业能力，具备分析和拆解复杂问题、并提出可行性解决方案的能力
  • 具备良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力和表达能力，能够高效参与团队合作
  • 具有较强的抗压能力、适应能力和自我驱动能力，勇于承担工作职责，积极面对和克服挑战，在必要时可以接受在项目地点办公和差旅
