Job Description

岗位职责:

•    负责企业级客户及其IT产品的事件管理。作为中间协调人,积极联系工程师与客户,沟通协调解决方案,促进事件的进展、提高客户的满意度。    
•    定期跟踪、汇报case相关进展、参与解决方案的讨论与协调。
•    积极协调、主持与客户的会议

Qualifications

岗位要求:
•    3 年以上企业级客户支持经验
•    韩语母语水平,英语听说读写流利
•    熟练使用办公软件 Excel, PPT等
•    有良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力
•    有技术支持,数据分析、大客户管理经验优先
