Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customer leads to drive confirmed opt-ins for 1:1 ads support
- Support assigned customers to achieve their business objectives such as growing sales (including acquiring new customers, driving new product sales), acquiring new to brand customers, and improving ad profitability (Return on Ads Spent or ROAS/Advertising Cost of Sales or ACOS).
- Engage with assigned advertisers in a consultative manner to clearly understand their objectives, and help them achieve the same by provide clear and compelling solutions, leveraging the range of Amazon ad products, insights and strategies
- Establish regular cadence of engagement with assigned customers to review outcomes and performance of recommendations and iterate plans as necessary to help customers achieve their goals and graduate
- Deliver on assigned goals pertaining to number of recommendations, recommendation adoption rates, and CSAT
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
- Proficiency in Vietnamese
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Advertising/Communication or other discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing sales or support role in a BPO or client services setting.
- Experience in executing/ managing/ supporting digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, driving clear and concise interactions with advertisers
- Ability to simplify complex ad concepts and articulate effectively to first-time advertisers.
- Customer Obsession: Orientation towards helping advertisers achieve their objectives, being highly responsive, and promptly addressing customer issues and challenges
- Relationship Management: Proficiency in building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identifying root causes, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple advertisers and priorities, ensuring timely support, follow-ups, and periodic reviews.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
