Job Description

- Support the VAT service team in handling local invoice issuance tasks and take responsibility for VAT invoice services for specific programs.
- Be proficient in SAP and other internal systems, understanding the workflow and internal processes thoroughly. Possess knowledge of the invoice-related requirements set by the China tax bureau, including generating and reversing VAT invoices.
- Assist with post-invoice issuance tasks, manage invoice records efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, respond to customer inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications

-College degree or above, major in finance/accounting preferred
-CET-4 level English, proficient in reading and writing emails
-More than two years of billing experience preferred
-Experience with SAP system preferred
-Proficient in office software, such as Excel, Word, etc.
-Good teamwork skills
