Job Title： IndustryX – Engineering Consulting Senior Manager
Responsibility
- With your knowledge of R&D and engineering, develop innovative engineering solutions with Accenture team and Accenture domestic and international clients.
- Drive IPD and PLM transformation opportunities with your domain knowledge and client works.
- Work closely with Accenture domain experts from manufacturing and SCM, etc. to co-create large scale digital transformation opportunities across various industry verticals
- Collaborate with industry account leaders and other service line leaders to originate and/or deliver projects.
- Support Accenture global knowledge asset localization initiatives in Greater China region.
- Lead local team to originate and deliver global, regional and local projects with solid experience in project planning, resourcing, contracting, client stakeholder management and risk management, etc.
- Drive or support sales process from deal origination to successful closing, including offering fine tuning, solution shaping, proposal preparation and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree above in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent.
- 10+ years of R&D transformation project delivery experience, experienced in managing delivery of consulting solutions in HighTech/Auto/IE/CPG/LS industries.
- Familiar with IPD/PLM solutions
- English can be working language
