Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing platforms and bring a consultative approach to assisting our clients in optimizing their market promotion strategies.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Practice Development:  Help to develop offerings to complement existing Life Science Commercial offerings

  • Project Delivery: Work with internal project team and/or cross team to deliver projects for the clients. Responsibilities may include:

  • MDM/Data Lake/Reporting Consulting
    • Corporate data strategy & governance
    • Data process design & regulation compliance
    • Technology (MDM, BI, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL)
  • Domain Expert Combination of Data Science and Industry Knowledge
    • Data model building, feature selection
    • Data model implementation, efficiency and automation
    • Data model feedback, performance metric

  • Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in Healthcare & Life Science industry. Especially extensive experience on Life Science Commercial platform space (Sales, Service, Marketing, Omnichannel, etc.)

  • Practice Development:  Help to develop offerings to complement existing Life Science Commercial offerings

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • University degree with strong grades from reputable university, MBA preferred
  • For Manager: minimum 4 years relevant experience within the Life Sciences sector
  • For Director/Sr Manager: minimum 8 years working experiences with MNC pharmaceutical/medical device or Consulting companies focusing in the commercial and/or operation and/or digital function (e.g. sales and marketing, channel management, supply chain, internal audit) and in a management role.
  • Experienced with digital marketing and digital technology
  • Understand the sales & marketing domain. Possess basic understanding of regulatory requirements/regulatory trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work independently, manage small or parts of large engagements.
  • Strong customer relationship building skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral in both Chinese and English) and facilitate complex discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Fluency in English, Chinese, and additional languages is considered advantageous
