Job Description

1.根据SLA对每个销售人员/TL进行质量评估
2.解释和执行质量保证标准
3.根据与客户达成的协议跟踪、测量和报告指标
4.参加并组织校准会议
5.通过审计分析数据并确定趋势、行为和需要改进的领域
6.跟踪和跟进销售整改情况，尤其是异常情况
7.召开校准会议和团队会议，重点关注质量
8.与培训部门合作，确定团队/代理商的机会并进行趋势分析，以帮助确定需要改进的培训解决方案

Qualifications

•至少拥有任何领域的学士/大学学位
•至少1年的销售或质量保证工作经验
•对工作流程、工具和销售有深入了解
•在不断变化的日程安排中接受工作
•团队合作，高度关注细节，并有能力推动有影响力的见解
•卓越的人际交往和激励能力
•了解BPO后台性能指标
•出色的计算机技能，包括但不限于MS Office和G Suite。Salesforce知识优先
•客户和员工会议中的有效沟通及促进技能
