Job Description

在个人和团队层面指导、培训、发展和协助职业发展,

1.带领团队实现SLA目标
2.对个人和团队生产力指标的持续监控
3.制定和监控绩效计划,包括基于对所有绩效指标的每日、每周和每月审查的行动计划
4.监督管理销售人员的行为遵守客户的要求,包括但不限于工作场所的行为、适当的系统访问和强制执行客户的保密性
5.与QA/QC培训师合作,继续提高个人和团队的绩效。

Qualifications

•至少拥有任何领域的学士/大学学位
•英语书面和口语流利优先
•3年的销售和业务发展经验
•一定的销售业务监督/管理经验。
•沟通技能:能够在所有类型的员工之间进行有效沟通
•领导能力和分析能力
•目标导向和自我激励
•快速学习和处理复杂性、变化和歧义的能力
•熟练掌握客户关系管理工具(salesforce.com或类似的CRM工具)
•对电子商务产品的热情、对传统和数字媒体的了解以及竞争格局
